Return Policy

- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your order shipment.

- Damaged and defective products can be returned or exchanged, free of charge.
- Most of time, you just need to take pictures of damaged products, then email to us at
- Shipping charges for returns or exchanges cannot be refunded.

- Opened liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) and batteries cannot be returned.

- In the event that liquid products were damaged or leaked during shipment, we will replace these items at no additional cost to you.
   If this occurs, please contact our Customer Service immediately; replacements for liquid items are available within a few days of expected delivery date.

- For all orders, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund.

Return with your carrier
- Return the package to our Hong Kong warehouse

- Obtain a tracking number from whichever shipping carrier you choose, in order to verify the delivery.
